What is the MOQ for deep processing?+
MOQ varies by process — standard cut-to-size has a low threshold, while CNC custom and OEM orders are quoted per drawing. Send drawings or spec lists for pricing, lead time and packaging options.
Can you process to our drawings?+
Yes. Our engineering team reviews drawings for manufacturability (tolerances, substrate selection, packaging), then schedules production; first-article samples can be provided for approval.
How do export orders work?+
We support FOB/CIF terms with direct shipment from Guangxi ports to ASEAN, providing GB vs EN 13501-1 cross-reference documents, export packaging and custom marking. Use the export inquiry form.
Does processing affect fire performance?+
No. Cutting and drilling do not change the Class A1 nature of the substrate. For laminated assemblies, the fire rating of the complete build-up governs; project-specific documentation is available.
What is the processing lead time?+
Standard cuts ship quickly with orders; custom processing is scheduled per drawing and quantity with confirmed lead times, trackable through our supply-chain system.
