The housing component of the industrial park used prefab construction with magnesium prefab wall panels throughout. Dry installation ran in parallel with structural work; no plastering or painting was needed, markedly shortening fit-out. The Class A1 panel base passed fire acceptance.
East China Grade-A Hospital Extension Smoke Ducts
Smoke-exhaust ducts in the hospital extension were encased with magnesium fire-rated duct boards. Fire-resistant assemblies were selected per the general fire code, with detail drawings and on-site briefing to preserve smoke-system integrity in this densely occupied facility.

Fire ventilation ducts of an urban utility corridor were encased with magnesium fire-rated duct boards. The boards remain stable and durable in the humid underground environment, with Class A1 assemblies meeting corridor fire-design requirements.
Guangxi Middle School Teaching Building Holiday Renovation
Partition and ceiling renovation during summer break used magnesium fire base boards and prefab panels — formaldehyde-free and quickly dry-installed — completing works and handing over fire documentation before term began.
